Better Update Your URL-Matching RegExp

the Tonga (.to) registry decided to add an A record for the whole TLD. as in http://to./, which appears to be a soon to be public URL shortener. the period at the end is actually meaningless, but it stops the browser from automatically adding .com to the URL. this makes Tonga provider of the shortest (and silliest) URL shortener around, so expect to see this everywhere as soon as it’s public.
